Clinical Specialist musculoskeletal physiotherapists

What to expect from a physio consultation

Initial consultation

Step 1 - Listen

Let our physiotherapy specialists listen to you to build up a detailed picture of your injury and possible contributing factors

Step 2 - Look

We look to assess not just your injury but associated strength and biomechanics

Step 3 - Diagnose

We make a diagnosis and work with you to design a treatment and rehab plan

Step 4 - Treat

We implement the plan, get you back to training / playing / working, and advise you on how to reduce the risk of it happening again.

If you choose the treatment option with your assessment we will do this in the session:

  • massage

  • hands-on therapy / manipulation

  • rehab exercises

  • acupuncture (coming soon)

Being injured also doesn't always mean the dreaded 'R' word... rest! There are usually plenty of alternative ways to keep fit and strong while looking after your injury. Our individualised rehab plans are NOT 'cut and paste' and instead take into account your specific injury and biomechanical needs and also, where necessary, the desire to sweat and 'let off steam' while you allow your injury to recover.

What makes us clinical specialists?
