Core and Glutes Advent Calendar

This December we counted down to Christmas with a Core & Glutes exercise every day on Instagram, each one with an explanation about what the exercise can be used for, how to do it and suggested reps, sets and holds.

The aim was to showcase some of the exercises we use at certain (mostly later) stages of rehab, or for people to use as a warm up before their usual workouts. As we say in the reel descriptions - these are not for people to do if they are actually injured without guidance as some exercises will make certain conditions worse rather than better. It's always much better to seek a consultation first, and have an individualised rehab plan formulated for you to work on the areas that apply to you.
